The hotel room was very basically equipped with no cups or glasses, yet it was big enough and very comfortable with lots of room to place things. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The service was exceptional with 5-star level attention given to each guest, super friendly and helpful, making me feel like I was in a private apartment with no intrusive staff. The location was superior, being near Ronda de la Universitat and the corresponding metro station, overlooking University Square, and very close to the center of Barcelona. The dining experience, although somewhat expensive, took me to the rooftop for breakfast and offered chopped salads.

The amazing location near the metro and airport bus stop offers convenience and accessibility, making it a superior choice in Barcelona. The dining experience on the roof terrace was fantastic, although limited to specific hours for meals. Overall, a great choice with some minor room entry inconvenience.

I was impressed by the fancy yet homely touches of art in the rooms, although they were a bit dusty and the bass from the bar below could be felt. As a commercial photographer, I couldn't resist snapping some photos of the neat room.
